Sandy Nathan's multi-faceted life expanded her view of her inner self and the outer world. Her clear and concise writing about her spiritual experiences demonstrates how to use inner experiences to create a fulfilling life.

She is a writer, a rider, a wife and a mother of three grown children. Sandy lives and writes on her horse ranch in the Santa Ynez Valley near Santa Barbara, California.
