My life with horses is chronicled below. (Or at least the tales that I've written down so far! Most of my horse stories still live within my brain, waiting for a rainy day and time to jump out. 	This is the original article about my life with horses, describing riding on the San Francisco Peninsula in the 1950s and 60s. It's got great photos of Redwood City when you could see the dir, and tons of photos of the San Mateo County Junior Sheriff's Posse, featuring us kids. You can see old time Quarter Horses and the way we used to show groom them.
